Junior Spotlight: Clarissa Perez
Clarissa Perez had a strong showing this past tournament, picking up a dominant first-round win and competing in a close second match.
She opened with a convincing performance, winning her first round 4-0, 4-0. In the second round, Clarissa battled through a tough match that came down to a third-set tiebreak, ultimately falling 7-10.
Throughout the tournament, Clarissa showed:
- Strong focus and control in her opening match
- The ability to stay competitive in tight situations
- Continued growth in match play
A solid performance overall and another good step forward in competition. Clarissa continues to work hard at Lake County Tennis Academy, and it’s showing on the court.
