Tournament Training (Tuesdays & Thursdays) 4:30PM-6:30PM *August*

The Tournament Training program at Lake County Tennis Academy is tailored for competitive juniors who are serious about taking their tennis skills to the next level. This advanced class is conducted on a full-size 78-foot court, using standard yellow tennis balls, which are the norm in professional tennis. Each session spans two hours and is held twice a week, providing ample time for in-depth training and extensive practice. This setup is ideal for students who have mastered the basics and intermediate skills and are now focusing on refining their technique, improving their strategic play, and enhancing their overall athletic performance.

In this program, students engage in a rigorous curriculum that includes advanced stroke production, high-intensity drills, mental conditioning, and competitive match-play scenarios that mimic real tournament situations. The focus is on developing a complete player who can not only execute shots with precision but also think critically on the court and make smart decisions under pressure. The Tournament Training class is designed to prepare students for high-level competitions, helping them to build the confidence and resilience needed to succeed in tournaments and potentially pursue tennis at a collegiate or professional level.
